Creating content consistently doesn’t have to feel complicated. In this article, I introduce a simple storytelling equation I call The Narrative Spine—a framework that helps brands clarify the core story behind their messaging. By defining four essential elements—Character, Goal, Challenge, and Path to Success—businesses can gain the narrative clarity needed to create meaningful content more easily and consistently. When these elements align, content stops feeling random and instead becomes a natural extension of the story you’re helping your audience move through.
